Change Your Thoughts;Change Your Life hmm where've I heard that one before?

Interestingly I woke up (again, 3rd day in a row) this morning feeling so disconnected from everything and everyone. (I can't tell you how many people have shared with me about feeling this way too....tons!) I thought that I had passed through this shift a couple of months ago, but apparently not, I mean I've only been feeling this way off & on for over a year. I'm working on doing a segment on the Four Agreements, so immediately I begin to analyse what is it I'm really feeling deep down inside, or "higher up" that gives me this feeling of separation & disconnection. Especially since I already know that we are always connected to Creator and all things. What is really causing me to feel this way?
I guess since I closed the store I feel very out of touch with what's going on, and I'm still struggling with trying to figure out "what is my life's purpose....now". I've pretty much given up on so-called psychics for information, because as far as I'm concerned, they do not know more then I do when it comes to me. So why bother. It's really about trusting myself (our-Selves) more completely. I already know what is best for me, I just don't always listen, most likely due to fear....the real killer of joy.
This is a mighty shift our Mother Earth is going through, one of thousands past and thousands to come, how we deal with these shifts is what determines how we will perceive life to be for us now and in the future. I always try to remind myself, my outer world is a reflection of my inner world.....so with that being said, I choose to "feel" connected to all things, have joy, peace, abundance of all that is good in my world and the world around me. What do you choose? It's important to ask ourselves "why" do I feel this way or that way, what is causing this feeling of disconnection or separation from the world I live in, and then work on removing that which is no longer serving us, without beating ourselves up. Then we need to take a look on what is really going on inside ourselves, deep down inside. Do we harbor feelings of unforgiveness about a situation that could be decades old that we thought we forgot or forgave.....do we feel poor inside, angry, frightened, alone??? It's vital that we acknowledge whatever deep emotions we have, embrace them, learn from them and then transmute them with & through love and into love so that we can begin to create a fearless, healthy, joyful, peaceful and abundant world for ourselves and the planet. This is co-creation and taking responsibility for our universe. I just love Dr. Dyer's quote/book: Change Your Thoughts; Change Your Life, kinda says it all. What do you think?

Saturday's Tragedy

I have chosen to keep my friend's name private (author of the post below) out of courtesy & respect to her. But I believe everyone should open heartedly consider what has been written. We could immediately begin passing judgement, become extremely angry, depressed, frightened and an array of other feelings from the tragedy that occured last Saturday. But as I replied to my dear friend, there is order out of chaos. The Divine plan is so much bigger then we can begin to fathom, and we cannot buy into the fear and actions of those that harm others, or our government's decisions to place more criminals out into our streets. We need to always remember that we have the POWER to change our world and make it a better, safer & more loving place for ourselves, our children and their children. Keep your light shining brightly and continue to be diligent in sending love out into the world and into Mother Earth....the time is now, whether you see the changes happening or not, just know that change is occuring, and for the better. Remember we are in the world, but not of the world; be the observer and not the participant. We are making a difference! If you should feel compelled to do so, please write your congressman and ask them to change the current legislation in regard to releasing back into society, those incarcerated individuals that have not shown signs of rehabilitation, or have chosen not to participate in the rehabilitative programs available through the state prison system.


Friends and Family:

Most of you know about the parolee's shooting and killing four Oakland Police Officers this past weekend. I have received many phone calls asking for information "Did you know these officers?", "Did you know the parolee? What was of most interest to me was the lack of question and concern about the parolee's Field Parole Agent. Due to my avoiding phone calls and conversation, I thought it would be better to let you all know how I am and how myself and my partners think and feel about now....

As an Assistant Supervisor of an Oakland Parole Unit, I would like to firstly extend my condolences to the families and give praise and acknowledgement to the four Fallen Heroes. Secondly, I would like to extend my condolence to the Field Parole Agent assigned to parolee Mixon. When incidents such as this one occurs, the Field Parole Agent is immediately under scrutiny by our Department. With a caseload of over 100 parolees, this Agent had her work cut our for her…and she did an exceptional job in this case.

Parolee "Mixon" was assigned to the "high risk" caseload…meaning his propensity for violence, drug use, and community victimization was very high -yet the Parole Board determined he had a right to be released back to the community after serving only 7 months on a parole violation (called Determinate Sentencing). His DNA has now been linked to the February 2009 rape OF A 12 YEAR OLD GIRL who lives close to where the officers lost their lives (74th and McArthur /East Oakland). He is also a suspect in 5 other rape cases and his DNA will be the key to closing these cases. This parolee's cousin is currently housed inside one of our prisons, committed for First Degree Murder; another cousin is out on parole and on a "high risk" caseload. The community's support of law enforcement is divided. Last night at the vigil for the officers at the site of the the shooting (74th and Mc Arthur) - protestors carrying wooden signs spoke of police harrassment to the NEWS MEDIA…one man spat on the memorial and was arrested - others shouted "Fuck the Police!". My interpretation of this is complete disgrace as I can tell you all that it was NOT the police who caused Mixon to commit the car jacking in San Francisco 6 years ago, it was NOT the police that caused Mixon to violate his parole conditions, it was NOT the police that caused Mixon to rape a 12-year-old child (and possibly others), and it was NOT the police that caused MIXON to carry guns as a FELON. Felons buy guns to commit crimes - NOT to protect themselves from the community (and police unless you're doing something you're not suppose to do!)
Lastly, I want to say on a personal note that Oakland is a difficult city to be working the streets. Myself and the Agents that I supervise put out trust in the Oakland Police Department AND the Fugitive Apprehension Team. Our Special Agent (name witheld) of the apprehension team was one of the ones that went out to the parolee's residence early last week in order to apprehend MIXON on the active Parolee Fugitive PAL Warrant…they risk their lives to ensure community safety. I am extremely proud of all law enforcement agencies in terms of how they h andle their business under extremely difficult situations here in Oakland . Late last year I was involved in an arrest of a fugitive parolee here in Oakland that was very difficult…while walking him to the ambulance in cuffs, the neighborhood came out and began yelling and screaming at us (officers). Two women approached me screaming at me "Bitch!" "Fucking Bitch!" Unless you've been in our shoes it's difficult to talk to others about our line of work and I personally choose to not do so.

This is the first time I've put out an email about my work to my friends and family…but I chose not to communicate what we (law enforcement) go through on a daily basis because you need not worry…we took these jobs as a CALL TO SERVICE…we serve our communities the best we can.

Now I want you to keep in mind in the coming months, that our Gov. is putting into legislation the release of 52,000 inmates to the streets WITHOUT PAROLE SUPERVISION. If any of you are as concerned as I am, now is the time to begin planning on what YOU want to have happen and begin to act upon it. Write your legislators. Write your local Representatives. Write your Gov. The media and Legislators will focus upon the "Broken Parole System", but NOT on their paychecks and their passing of Senate Bills that are tying the hands of Parole Agents working the streets. Please keep in mind that Jerry Brown, State Attorney General who started the negative statement "Broken Parole System" is the same man who changed the sentencing of criminals from Indeterminate to Determinate Sentencing back in the day as Govenor! What does this mean? Indeterminate Sentencing meant the inmate was required to complete his release programs (education, anger management counseling, menta l health counseling, victimization classes, gang diversion classes, and show a change in negative behaviors like not getting into fights or performing extortion). If the inmate fails to show on-going, long-term progress - he/she is NOT released on parole! NOW - thanks to J. Brown - it's Determinate Sentencing, meaning the inmate has a set release date and they are to be released when that date arrives - no matter how poor a program he/she has performed while serving their sentence for their crime in prison. This means that although we have exceptional programs available in our institutions, if the inmate chooses not to participate in them, it's not important because they know that the will be released when the Determinate Sentence Release Date arrives.

In case you don't know, we parole agents have also received a 10% pay cut and are forced to take 2-day furloughs a month…who's watching the streets when we're not at work? OAKLAND PD., Hayward PD, Livermore PD, San Francisco PD, Richmond PD, El Cerrito PD, Pinole PD, Antioch PD, Brentwood PD, Pittsburg PD, Oakley PD, South San Francisco PD, San Bruno PD, El Cerrito PD, Union City PD, San Leandro PD, Livermore PD, Castro Valley PD, Martinez PD, Concord PD, San Lorenzo PD, Bay Point PD, Alameda County Sheriffs, Contra Costa County Sheriffs, and San Francisco County Sheriffs.

Live Life to the Fullest

A friend of mine opened his wife's underwear drawer and picked up a silk paper wrapped package:'This, - he said - isn't any ordinary package.'He unwrapped the box and stared at both the silk paper and the box.'She got this the first time we went to New York, 8 or 9 years ago. She has never put it on, she was saving it for a special occasion.
He placed the gift box next to the other clothing he was taking to the funeral house, as his wife had just died.
He turned to me and said: Never save something for a special occasion. Every day in your life is a special occasion. I still think those words changed my life. Now I read more and clean less.I sit on the porch without worrying about anything. I spend more time with my family, and less at work. I understood that life should be a source of experience to be lived up to, not survived through.
I no longer keep anything. I use crystal glasses every day...I'll wear new clothes to go to the supermarket, if I feel like it. I don't save my special perfume for special occassions, I use it whenever I want to. The words 'Someday...' and ' One Day... are fading away from my dictionary. If it's worth seeing, listening or doing, I want to see, listen or do it now...I don't know what my friend's wife would have done if she knew she wouldn't be there the next morning, this nobody can tell. I think she might have called her relatives and closest friends...She might call old friends to make peace over past quarrels. I'd like to think she would go out for Chinese, her favorite food.It's these small things that I would regret not doing, if I knew my time had come..Each day, each hour, each minute, is special. Live for today, for tomorrow is promised to no-one. If you got this, it's because someone cares for you and because, probably, there's someone you care about. If you're too busy to send this out to other people and you say to yourself that you will send it 'One of these day’s, remember that'One day' is far away.... or might never come...No matter if you're superstitious or not, spend some time reading it.....It holds useful messages for the soul. An Important Reminder

It seems as though these extreme experiences are being used to wake Humanity up at warp speed. No matter how hard people may try, their I AM Presence is not allowing them to push the snooze button in order to go back to sleep. It is time for people everywhere to remember who they are and why they are on Earth during this auspicious moment. Important changes are taking place, and in spite of outer-world appearances, we are beginning to see evidence of people in every walk of life reaching out to make a positive difference.It seems that everyday we are being flooded with fear-based information that reflects the dire possibilities of economic collapse, terrorist attacks, war, environmental disasters, governmental and corporate corruption, crime, violence and myriad other potential dangers. It is very easy to become so overwhelmed with concern that we just wring our hands and muddle through our days in a state of anxiety and desperation.The majority of people feel helpless when it comes to changing their lives or making a significant difference in the world. Everyone wants things to get better, but most people don't truly believe they can effectively assist in the process. Well, fortunately, nothing could be further from the Truth. We are ALL cocreators. We are on Earth during this unprecedented time for the explicit purpose of uniting with our Father-Mother God and the Company of Heaven to cocreate the wonders of Heaven on Earth. Whether we consciously remember it or not, each and every one of us has been preparing for a very long time to assist in this mission. We all have unique skills and abilities that no one else on the planet possesses in exactly the same way we do. We have volunteered to assist in helping to change the old, obsolete behavior patterns that are responsible for the pain and suffering Humanity is enduring. This is being brought to our attention by our I AM Presence because the time for us to begin fulfilling our Divine Missions is NOW! Traumatic experiences cause us to regroup and to reevaluate how we are living our lives. We have fallen into the pattern of using pain as our motivator. As long as we are not in pain, we will just plod along, day after day, without much thought. We halfheartedly go through the motions of doing what we need to do to survive. We go to our jobs to make money to put food on the table and a roof over our heads. We take care of our families’ physical needs, and with the little bit of time that is left, we try to take care of ourselves.When a tragedy happens, however, we are forced to put our lives into perspective. We stop for a moment and focus on what really matters to us. If we use the tragic event to change our mode of operation and to put more meaning in our lives, then something good will come out of even the most horrific experience. The tragic events of September 11, 2001, Hurricane Katrina, the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the housing debacle, the economic meltdown, and several other challenging events have transformed our lives forever. We have a choice as to whether we allow catastrophes to catapult us into lives of fear and dread or whether we use those experiences to motivate us into creating lives of fulfillment and joy. We have the ability to do both of those things; the path we choose is up to us.The only reason we have not been cocreating lives of joy, happiness, prosperity, loving relationships, financially and creatively rewarding jobs, vibrant health, fulfillment, enlightenment and every other positive experience is because we have forgotten that we can.Not only can we create the lives we dream of, this is our purpose and reason for being. We are Children of God, and we have been invested with the gift of free will. Our thoughts and feelings are creative. Whatever we focus our thoughts, words, actions, and feelings on, we bring into physical form. It is time for us to remember this Divine Truth and for us to consciously choose to create the lives we want instead of inadvertently manifesting, through our fears, the experiences we do not want.It is time for us to reclaim our Divine Birthrights and to fulfill our Divine Potentials. As we take charge of our lives, we will be effective examples for our loved ones and friends. We will be positive catalysts, and the results of our efforts will be exponential. We are all One, and the Universal Law is “As I Am lifted up, ALL Life is lifted up with me.” We can each make a positive difference. Not only do you have the skill, talent, wisdom, courage and strength to accomplish your mission, our Father-Mother God and the entire Company of Heaven are standing in readiness eagerly awaiting the opportunity to assist you. These selfless Beings of Light are with you now. From inner levels they guide and protect you, and they intervene to help you every time you ask them to. You are never alone. If you ever feel doubtful that you have the power to make a positive difference in this world, just remember the entire Company of Heaven is there to help you every time you ask for their assistance.When you begin to create a plan to make a positive difference in your life, the first step is to take a good look at your life as it exists right now. In order to change your life, you must first be aware of what presently exists. So take some time to evaluate your life as an objective observer. This is not a time to berate, criticize, or condemn yourself for past mistakes. That only adds more negative energy to the situation. The purpose of this evaluation is to help you see what it is you like about your life, and what it is you would like to change. Usually people know their lives are not what they want them to be, and they may be aware of some major problems, such as finances or health, but they have never actually taken the time to evaluate their overall lives. This is a crucial step toward making a positive difference, so invest the time to take a thorough inventory of your life.In order for you to succeed in transforming your life, you need to plan where you are going. You need to have objectives and goals. Most people spend so much time worrying and dwelling on the things that they do not want in their lives that they have not taken the time to figure out what they really do want. Remember, what you think about, what you hold in your mind and put your attention and energy into, you draw into your life. So it is time to stop worrying about the things that you do not want and start focusing on the things that you do want. Patterns of thinking and emotional responses are usually habits you have allowed yourself to develop without much conscious awareness. Now that you have decided to take charge of your life, you no longer need to just muddle through the day. Instead, you can deliberately control your thoughts, words, actions, and feelings. Since it is a natural law that what you put your attention and energy into, you draw into your life. It is only logical that you take the steps necessary to let go of destructive programming and begin creating for yourself a fulfilling, happy, harmonious, abundant, and peaceful life. Most people rarely feel that they are negative; so one of the things I have them do is keep a scratch tally for an entire week of every negative thought or feeling they experience. Notice I said EVERY negative thought or feeling. This includes the little, trivial, petty things that you allow to pop into your mind, such as the person that pulls in front of your car that you think is a jerk, or the service you received that you feel was lousy, or the lady at the supermarket that you think is a slob, or the disgust you have for yourself for overeating, or the anger you feel if the car breaks down, and on and on.My experience has been that by the end of the week even so-called positive people have several sheets of tally marks and are astounded at how often they were negative and shocked at how oblivious they were about their negative thinking. So, the next step toward your decision to make a positive difference in the world is to observe your daily responses for an entire week. Pay very close attention to your thoughts and feelings and keep a simple scratch tally of every negative thought or feeling you have. Do not empower the negative thought by writing it down, just keep a scratch tally of it.This is a very valuable exercise because it clearly shows how many times every single day you are misqualifying energy without even realizing it.Many people are wallowing in the poor me syndrome. They feel that they are really good people, but all of these terrible things keep happening to them anyway. What this exercise reveals is that we may not be doing catastrophically negative things like mugging people or robbing a bank, but we are often nickel-and-dimeing ourselves to death with trivial pettiness.Once you complete this exercise and acknowledge that you may not be controlling your thoughts or feelings, but just allowing them to happen, you can move on to the next step of changing those bad habits and begin to take control of your thoughts, words, and deeds.Each time you put forth the effort to deliberately program yourself into constructive thinking, the stronger you will become and the more natural the positive response will be. Before you know it, your pattern of thinking will automatically be positive instead of negative, and you will have established a new constructive habit.While you are going through this process of gaining control of your thoughts and feelings, you need to be tolerant and forgiving of yourself. If you find negative thinking or negative feelings creeping into your consciousness, you need to stop, empty your mind of the negative thought or feeling, take a deep breath, regroup, and then look for the positive side of the situation you are dealing with. Don't give any more power to the negative thought by berating or condemning yourself for the transgression. Just let it go, flood it with the Violet Flame of Forgiveness, and focus on the positive side of the situation, no matter how small.Begin your new habit of positive thinking by looking for the positive side of every person, place, condition, or thing you encounter. The general rule is that we can easily spot the flaws in other people, but unless someone is a genius or looks like a Greek God or Goddess, we rarely notice their positive attributes. In this exercise you must go out of your way to search for something good in every single person, place, condition, and thing you come in contact with. Sometimes this is a real challenge. Some people you know may seem so objectionable that the only thing you will be able to appreciate about them is the color of their socks, but you must find something good in every instance.After practicing this for a while, you will come to the realization that, no matter how bad things seem or how degenerate a person may appear, there is a spark of hope in every situation and a spark of Light in every person. By consciously putting your attention on that one redeeming quality, rather than giving momentum and power to the negative, you can turn that destructive situation into a positive experience, and you can often give the negative person the incentive he or she needs to find a better way of behaving. This may sound too good to be true, but I assure you that this is the natural Law of Attraction, and it is as accurate and as workable as the Laws of Mathematics, Music, Physics, or any other science.The next exercise I want to share with you is designed to help you reprogram your thinking with positive affirmations. People who have used positive affirmations have always known that they work, but they have rarely understood exactly why. Now, with more and more research, we are learning how the process works. Through positive affirmations, we can deliberately send forth constructive thoughtforms that will accumulate additional positive energy and return to us, bringing with them what we are affirming. The difference between a prayer and an affirmation is that in prayer we are usually humbly asking for something, and in an affirmation we are actually invoking God and our I AM Presence to command Universal Light substance to flow through us constructively to create whatever perfection it is that we are affirming. There is another very important reason why affirmations work. When we make a positive affirmation, we begin with the words I AM. These two words invoke our I AM Presence and connect us directly to our omniscient, omnipotent, omnipresent Father-Mother God, All That Is. This all encompassing Presence of God is the Universal Source of All Life.Everything in the Universe is comprised of electronic Light substance vibrating at different frequencies with various densities. The words I AM reflect the all-encompassing Oneness of all Life. “I” represents Alpha, the beginning, “AM” represents Omega or the ending, meaning our Father-Mother God, the Universal Source of All Life, is the beginning and the ending of all that exists. When we invoke the Light of God by using the words I AM the Light automatically responds. It flows through our thoughts, words, actions, and feelings and obeys our affirmations. Affirmations are designed to help us begin reprogramming our negative thinking into positive thinking. The longer energy is accustomed to flowing through the brain in a particular pattern, the easier it is to just keep flowing in the same pattern. For instance, if we are used to being critical or judgmental of others, that is a pattern we have developed and the energy flows very easily into that groove of the brain. If we want to change that habit, we have to consciously begin developing a new groove through which this energy can flow. The more we withhold the energy from the negative, critical pattern and send it forth through the new constructive pattern, the sooner we will have changed the bad habit.When we first begin observing our behavioral responses, we are usually shocked and a little overwhelmed at how ingrained our trivial, petty patterns are, and it seems as though it will be a monumental task to overcome them. However, once you begin to consciously take control of your thoughts, words, actions, and feelings, the changes will take place much more quickly than you can envision at this time. Once you really develop the habit of positive thinking, the critical, petty, trivial things that so easily pop into your mind now will not be part of your consciousness.With positive affirmations, we form new constructive grooves in our thinking patterns. For this reason it is important to read your affirmations the first thing in the morning and the last thing before going to bed at night. The exercise in the morning will begin the constructive flow of energy through the brain and set your attitude for the new day.The exercise at night will help by drawing the positive affirmations into your subconscious mind; so, you can reprogram yourself while you sleep, as in sleep learning. Research is proving that what we think about at night before we go to sleep is carried into the subconscious mind, so it is a good idea to put your attention on something constructive. For heaven’s sake, don't watch the news just before going to sleep.

Transfiguration into the Christ Self

~ Lighting Up Emotional Glamour ~

Unified Focus and Intention On-Going

As a collective, we are enduring a phase of spiritual transformation which can be referred to as "the great transfiguration". This is a process of initiation in which the human personality vehicle is preparing for eventual consummation by the flames of the Soul resulting in one, very radiant conscious light expressing.

This has been similarly portrayed in the life of Jesus Christ especially the experience in the desert when he underwent his final and most enduring temptations of the Soul. It was after this time that he majestically appeared to his closest disciples at the Mount of Transfiguration, as a most glorious revelation of divinity. This story exemplifies the actual completion of this initiation of "the transfiguration". It was then that Jesus, the so called, "God-Man", began his outward mission as a world teacher.

The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, an ancient classic text and the sacred teachings of many Masters of the Himalayas, details step by step, the laws, methods and means of the Soul's unfoldment and describes it as "the science of union". Even though we may be doing it a bit differently in these times, these references gift quite valuable insight for greater understanding into our current undertakings.

We are continuing to endure the clearings of illusion and those which directly affect the human personality, comprised of the physical, emotional and mind faculties. The speed, duration and intensity of this phase varies from person to person as in all experience. There comes a moment, however, when one is finally ready to enter through these initiatory gates. The foggy veil finally lifts, and, in clear view, the mesmoratic influences of life's current illusions are deeply realized. This is often a most challenging time of quite humbling revelation. This is also a moment of tremendous rejoicing as it indicates the preparatory phases into an entirely new life of the human expression.

No matter how devoted, sincere or the number of years on the Path, most everyone has remaining personality aspects that are clothed in illusion, especially that of emotional glamour. Our current aim of development is to bring the desirous personality vehicle under complete control so that the Soul, (the intermediary aspect and place of union between the higher and lower aspects of divinity), may assume full Presence as both the inner and outer light expressing.

Emotional Glamour Defined

Glamour is essentially emotion driven desire colorizing itself on an illusory screen through the lens of the conditioned human personality. These illusory forms enliven our lives, sometimes with ecstatic sensations, however, produce limiting consciousness patterns which outplay in fantasized realities, false values, misleading desires, distorted perceptions and many needless necessities. Some of the most tenacious glamours are so deeply embedded that they are not even recognized or thought of as hindrances to greater revelations in consciousness.

The condition of glamour is an inherent component of our make-up stemming from ancient astral patterns and age-long personality desires. For those in resonance to past histories and according to the writings of the Tibetan Master, Djwhal Kul, the glamorized emotional body was brought to a high point in the Atlantean civilization. He quotes that much of this imprinting has been carried over into our current race. Esoteric philosophies also attribute the world problem of glamour to the idea that the planet has been under the influence of the "Sixth Ray of Devotion and Idealism" for the last 2000 years and during the controlling Age of Pieces. We can certainly understand why the world is in such turmoil from this one, exaggerated condition alone.

Spiritual Glamour and Discernment

One of our greatest challenges, and, as we are opening into expanded levels of extra sensory perception is to distinguish between Divine Wisdom derived from an illumined consciousness versus that of astral psychism. Astral psychism can simply be defined, in this context, as messaging derived from a false plane of emotional based substance. What we may intuit as divine messaging or a clear vision is oftentimes an astral reflection which is always clothed with distortion. This common and quite innocent type of misinterpretation comes as a result of one's polarization swinging more to the emotional nature versus a steady centering in the Soul.

The quickening of incoming planetary energies and the resultant opening of our psychic natures has created a plethora of information on the current shifting of times with many interpretations of, so called, "cosmic truth" emerging forth. Our continuous reflection upon many of the new age expressions is absolutely necessary to guard against misleading directions and the creation of emotion based fantasized realities.

It is also an important reminder that the activity associated with channeling outside energies is information that is being received and filtered through the veil of human personality. If there are any existing personality limitations of the receiver, there is most assuredly a degree of distortion to the message. There is no need to channel entities once the ability to divinely receive from one's own illuminated consciousness is developed.
We are in a process of great self refinement and the final breaking through of the spells of illusion. May we all continue to proceed with constant questioning, in wisdom and with the great light of discernment applied to all information to insure that we are not accepting a message as true just because it is beautifully or intelligently expressed. This is how false mass mind concepts are created and energized.
Indeed, the most effective method of discrimination is to develop the powers of pure reason and intuition through the illumination of one's own developed consciousness. Herein lies the real message of discernment.

Identifying the Forms of Emotional Glamour

There are an infinite number of ways that emotions can be glamorized. These false formations can always be found where there is any degree of criticism, pride, emotional attachment, behaviors of separatism and a sense of superiority.

At the end of this writing is a summary of the more prevailing glamours that keep the personalities of the spiritually focused in a cloud of desire.

Ideas for Dissipating Glamour

It is much easier to clear a condition once it is identified and loosed from its foundation. The simplest way to identity these false formations is to ASK for the held illusions of consciousness to be revealed.

The effect of a well developed illumined mind, in continual conscious communion with the Soul, naturally dissolves these emotional conditionings. The development of concentration through meditation can train the mind to hold itself focused and steady in the light of the Soul. Meditation and concentration help train the mind to penetrate the ultimate reality leading to soul knowledge and illumination. They also help balance one's polarization from emotional into mental.

Relinquishing hold to the many ways in which we keep ourselves identified to the formed expression is an important part of the transition into Soul union. We are encouraged to continually observe all of the emotions, and especially, the motive behind desire. In daily life, and as the Buddha expressed so well, it is extremely beneficial to assume an attitude of the middle way which displays equanimity and divine indifference to all that crosses our path, inwardly and outwardly.

Perhaps the most important encouragement of all is to continuing building and strengthening a consciously pulsating and intimate relationship between you and your Soul ~ also referred to as the Christ Self, the Atman and the pure love aspect of our being. May your Soul be the most influential guiding force in your life.

In Closing ~

When the physical body is pure and in poise, when the emotional body is neutral and stable and when the mind faculty is steady and controlled, our daily consciousness can then make its next evolutionary transition. Our sensitivities and receptivity naturally expands to receive continual impressions from the Soul and through the unmistakable wisdom of our own intuition.

This process of transfiguration also firmly establishes the true power of group influence while elevating the collective into a field of consciousness which accesses the greater wisdoms of divinity. It is this transition that optimizes the human potential to most effectively, safely wield and wisely use an illuminated consciousness in service to the planet and Humanity.

The pure love of our Soul, the indwelling Christ Self, and that of the supporting universal energy is not personalized. It is all consciousness which resides in the Field of One, an energy field of selflessness and selfless service to the Whole. There is no self reference. There is no seeking of recognition.

During this time of new moon, we gather in this Field of One. We are asking our the love of our Soul to reveal the hidden illusions of our individuated consciousness. We also connect with each other with unified intention towards collective liberation from these limiting formations, especially that of emotional glamour. We shine our Christ Light upon each other and then radiate this force of love to the hearts and minds of all Humanity.

I often ask "why have you chosen the path of human?" So it your experience, so be it. I come to you now to remind you of your lineage-your heritage. Do you remember me my sister? You walk with me in the underworld gathering those souls for rebirth. I sit and gaze at you remembering our ancient conversations...in true reality, not ancient at all. I don't know what is going on lately, but this I know for sure . . . the dream world is getting really wild. I have to admit that I have had a lot of outrageous dreams lately. I know a lot of you out there have had some pretty crazy things going on at night also. I have to admit that we all have to think a moment to decide if we are going to share what we have been dreaming about. Thoughts pop into our heads such as "What will other people think?", "Will this affect my credibility as a visionary?" or "Will people start to question my sanity as a human being?" But one thing is quite clear to me . . . we really are in insane times, and the norm is not the norm anymore. In my last article, I shared my very old dream about the shift and the glowing Green Star that I had while I was still living in Mt. Shasta. I was shocked at how many people wrote me saying that they had similar dreams in the past, and some even recently. I know this dream was about helping us with our orientation during a planetary shift. I don't know why it took me so long to share the dream. Maybe it had to do with the fact that all the words in the world would not really describe the dream properly. I know one thing for sure . . . I do remember the energy of that day in the dream precisely, and I will recognize it the moment that it arrives on this planet. I could not forget it. It would be like forgetting what a rose smells like, or knowing how chocolate melts in your mouth. As soon as I shared this dream, I had another dream the very next night that was equally, if not more powerful, vivid and absolutely lucid. The fact is I don't believe that I was even fully asleep. This new dream was not about what happens during the shift. It was about what it would feel like after we arrived to the other side.Over the years, the Star Elders have shared things with me regarding what we will take with us through shifts of the ages. The one most important thing that we will take with us is the love that we hold in our hearts. They showed me that love is eternal, multi-dimensional and, most of all, unquenchable. The other things we can take with us through shifted ages are truths, or teachings based on truth, that transcend time, space and dimension. Yet the Star Elders have shared over and over again that nearly 100% of our memory will not survive a shift of the ages simply because we could very easily re-create the same problems. The ironic fact here is that when we finally make our ascension, we will be in kindergarten in the next reality. I never really thought about how impacting these things would be on me and others . . . until the other night. I guess I would call the dream the "stairway to heaven dream". In this dream, I woke up in an entirely different environment. I had nearly complete and total amnesia. The fact that I knew I had amnesia in the first place would be a type of memory, however faint and small. The fact was that I had been suddenly shifted into a new age, and this fact was unbelievably disorienting in every way possible, and I was quite petrified. I could feel a bit of nausea caused by the adjustment to the new energy. The shift of environment was very sudden, and the very atmosphere had a strange, unique but yet familiar feeling. Now I remind you . . . I don't really know if I was asleep or not. All I know is that I didn't know who I was, where I was, or anything else.There were several beings around me that looked just like you and I, yet I don't recall if they ever spoke to me out loud. Everything I understood apparently came to me telepathically. It was night here, and these beings were resting. One of the beings was holding me like a baby. One of first things I felt was their lack of boundaries. There was no separation between them, and nor did they consider any separation between me and them. Everything seemed to merge into a simple, uncomplicated oneness. I felt so transparent to them. It reminded me so powerfully of how separate we all still feel from each other. This oneness made me uncomfortable at the time, yet they continued to care for me. In this dream, I could not sleep. So I laid there in the darkness with my mind full of confusion and disorientation, because I didn't know where I was, or how I had gotten there (Some Maya Elder's believe the shift of the ages will come through a short cycle of total darkness). I guess if I had been asleep, it would have felt less disorienting. Once I had gotten my fear under control, I realized that the new environment was not that bad at all. In fact, it was quite nice and comforting. It was simply different than the surroundings that I had been in when I went to sleep in Sedona, Arizona. As the sun began to rise up, I could actually see where I was. There were at least three beings living in this house that I found myself in. It was very similar to the houses that we live in today, but I noticed that there was a complete and total lack of technology. The house was built out of all natural-looking materials; like lots of wood and stone. I had a weird distant memory of breakfast, but I didn't see a kitchen, and I wondered if they ate food. There were huge windows overlooking an indescribably beautiful and vast canyon. There were trees that looked like they were from the pine family. There was a little snow on the rocks, so I assumed that it must be winter. It felt like we were the only people left on Earth, but inside of me I knew that this was not true. The energy of the Earth was completely uncomplicated and extremely clear, and the PEACE was unlike anything that I had ever felt. The Ones whose home I was in were beginning to awaken. I could feel that their minds were completely in the present moment. It didn't seem like there was a schedule for the day, or a job to go to. Everything was done very naturally and organically. Some how I knew that there was no government or laws to adhere to, because when you are awakened, there is no need for them. I was transfixed by the view out the window. It was like I wanted to memorize everything. I wanted to remember how it looked and felt. As it got brighter outside, I hoped to see other buildings, homes and people . . . but I didn't . . . but I knew they were out there somewhere. I was spellbound by the incredible beauty. It was like I was looking at Shangri-La laid out in front of me. Once the other ones were fully awake and moving about, they became aware of my concerns. I didn't know who I was, how I had gotten there, and I had to admit that I was a little bit embarrassed, since I felt like I was intruding on their space. Intrusion was not something that they understood at all. It appeared that they were not waiting for me to arrive, but yet they were completely open to the fact that I had. They simply took care of me like I had been there all along. There was an unconditional love between them that did not need to be discussed, analyzed, or understood. It was simply taken as a fact of life. It was a like breathing to them.It was the lack of planning, or thinking about the future, that really blew me away. It made me realize that every time we are out in the future that it is actually a form of fear. Also, there were no patterns or mechanistic behaviors . . . like having a habitual breakfast for instance. I began to realize that all patterns are based in memory, and memory did not survive here; not the kind of memory that we are used to that is. As I thought of questions in my mind, I got the answers telepathically from the others. I learned quickly that there was no need for a monetary system, since they all knew how to manifest anything and everything that they needed in each moment. I knew that I would learn to do this. Again, this was their telepathy reassuring my concerns. I looked around the room that I was in, and I saw what appeared to be a bookshelf. I went over to look at what was there. I recognized a book on Mayan Cosmology and teachings of the Solar Races. My caretakers were quite excited at the fact that I actually understood what this was. I said "OH YES", and opened up the book and explained things to them that they already knew. Yep, it was an embarrassing moment to think that I knew something that they did not. They felt happy, and they seemed to relax now that I knew about something that they did. This knowledge created a bridge between these peaceful beings and myself. They said it was my constant. Looking back on this part of the dream, I now realize that this is one of the truths that the Star Elders said would pass through shifts of ages. This is one of the truths that I would recognize of course because of my years and years of paying attention to Maya cosmology, and spending so much time in the areas where solar races were anchored (Maya, Inca, Egyptian etc…). The teachings of the Solar Races, and what we might call Mayan Astrology, were my constant. These truths acted as a bridge between the old world that I just left and the new world that I had just arrived in. My constant gave me safe foothold into the new world. Then without speaking out loud, the ones in this house, my caretakers, shared with me that each person would have their own unique constant. This constant would be a truth that was alive inside of them. It would be the same truth in both worlds . . . the world that they had left and the world that they had just entered. They may not know that they have this truth, but they assured me that everyone does. Most of the time, this constant is something that we take for granted. This constant acts as a landing spot, an anchor and an orientation point for entering this next age. We will each have our orientation point . . . our constant. I noticed once I understood this that I did not feel uncomfortable anymore and that I had an incredible sense of peace . . . present peace. What little memory I retained from the old world was fading very quickly. Then my mind went to my partner, Raphael, and my loved ones and extended family. Immediately my caretakers told me that we would never be separated, because we had love and a constant truth between us. The sun was fully up by now. It was a new SUN in a new world. I could feel that I was becoming excited by the idea of exploring this new beautiful world that I just entered. I knew I would find my dear Raphael, and the ones I hold so dear in my heart. The house, my landing pad so to speak, was feeling more like a cocoon of which I was emerging, rather than a house. As I headed for the door to embark on my exhilarating new exploration, I woke up. When I woke up (at least I think I did), I woke up in my own bedroom here in Sedona, Arizona. For a few moments I still did not know where I was, who I was, or how I had gotten there . . . But I I had a deep feeling that I would be okay. But I have to admit, it still felt very, very strange. My little dog Bella jumped up on the bed and gave me a kiss and anchored me. I knew where I was. I was back home.As soon as I was oriented back in this world, I shared the dream with my partner Raphael. I cannot tell you how incredibly different this dream was from the usual wild stuff I dream about. I wanted to speak it out loud so I would not forget it. It was so lucid that it really felt real. I mean really real. Then I remembered that I had just shared the dream about the shifting, and the green star that I had nearly 20 years earlier. I thought it was synchronistic that I would then dream about the experience of how the new world would actually feel like when we got there. After a couple days, the dream became clearer to me. I realized that there are no bags to pack, no money or food to hoard, no preparations to be made for the coming shift. The shift will come when we least expect it. It will be upon us without even a nano second to look back at what we are leaving behind. The only thing we take with us is our truth, and the love we hold in our hearts for our brothers and sisters. So my friends, my advice to you is this . . . Love your family and friends fiercely, and hold passionately to the truth that you have inside of you. And remember . . . when you get to the other side, it is going to be okay, and there is someone there waiting to take care of you. I just hope they still have chocolate :)

The condition I had was inoperable, and any kind of chemotherapy they could give me would just have made me more of a vegetable. I was given six to eight months to live. I had been an information freak in the 1970s, and I had become increasingly despondent over the nuclear crisis, the ecology crisis, and so forth. So, since I did not have a spiritual basis, I began to believe that nature had made a mistake and that we were probably a cancerous organism on the planet. I saw no way that we could get out from all the problems we had created for ourselves and the planet. I perceived all humans as cancer—and that is what I got. That is what killed me. Be careful what your world view is. It can feed back on you, especially if it is a negative world view. I had a seriously negative one. That is what led me into my death. I tried all sorts of alternative healing methods, but nothing helped. So I determined that this was really just between me and God. I had never really faced God before or even dealt with God. I was not into any kind of spirituality at the time, but I began a journey into learning about spirituality and alternative healing. I set out to do all the reading I could and bone up on the subject, because I did not want to be surprised on the other side. So I started reading on various religions and philosophies. They were all very interesting and gave hope that there was something on the other side. I ended up in hospice care. I remember waking up one morning at home about 4:30 AM, and I just knew that this was it. This was the day I was going to die. So I called a few friends and said goodbye. I woke up my hospice caretaker and told her. I had a private agreement with her that she would leave my dead body alone for six hours, since I had read that all kinds of interesting things happen when you die. I went back to sleep. The next thing I remember is the beginning of a typical near-death experience. Suddenly I was fully aware—and I was standing up but my body was in the bed. There was this darkness around me. Being out of my body was even more vivid than ordinary experience. It was so vivid that I could see every room in the house. I could see the top of the house, I could see around the house, I could see under the house. There was this Light shining. I turned toward the Light. The Light was very similar to what many other people have described in their near-death experiences. It was so magnificent. It is tangible; you can feel it. It is alluring; you want to go to it like you would want to go to your ideal mother’s or father’s arms. As I began to move toward the Light, I knew intuitively that if I went to the Light, I would be dead. So as I was moving toward the Light I said, “Please wait a minute; just hold on a second here. I want to think about this. I would like to talk to you before I go.” To my surprise, the entire experience halted at that point. You are in control of your life-after-death experience. You are not on a roller coaster ride. So my request was honored, and I had some conversations with the Light. The Light kept changing into different figures, like Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, mandalas, archetypal images and signs. I asked the Light, “What is going on here? Please, Light, clarify yourself for me. I really want to know the reality of the situation.” I cannot really say the exact words, because it was sort of telepathy. The Light responded. The information transferred to me was that during your life-after- death experience your beliefs shape the kind of feedback you are getting before the Light. If you were a Buddhist or Catholic or Fundamentalist, you get a feedback loop of your own stuff. You have a chance to look at it and examine it, but most people do not. As the Light revealed itself to me, I became aware that what I was really seeing was our Higher Self matrix. We all have a Higher Self, or an oversoul part of our being. It revealed itself to me in its truest energy form. The only way I can really describe it is that the Being of the Higher Self is more like a conduit. It did not look like that, but it is a direct connection to the Source that each and every one of us have. We are directly connected to the Source. So the Light was showing me the Higher Self matrix. I was not committed to one particular religion. So that is what was being fed back to me during my life-after-death experience. As I asked the Light to keep clearing for me, to keep explaining, I understood what the Higher Self matrix is. We have a grid around the planet where all the Higher Selves are connected. This is like a great company, a next subtle level of energy around us, the spirit level, you might say. Then, after a couple of minutes, I asked for more clarification. I really wanted to know what the Universe is about, and I was ready to go at that time. I said, “I am ready, take me.” Then the Light turned into the most beautiful thing that I have ever seen: a mandala of human souls on this planet. Now I came to this with my negative view of what was happening on the planet. So as I asked the Light to keep clarifying for me, I saw in this magnificent mandala how beautiful we all are in our essence, our core. We are the most beautiful creations. The human soul, the human matrix that we all make together, is absolutely fantastic, elegant, exotic, everything. I just cannot say enough about how it changed my opinion of human Beings in that instant. I said, “Oh, God, I did not know how beautiful we are.” At any level, high or low, in whatever shape you are in, you are the most beautiful creation. The revelations coming from the Light seemed to go on and on. Then I asked the Light, “Does this mean that Mankind will be saved?” Then, like a trumpet blast with a shower of spiraling lights, the Great Light spoke, saying, “Remember this and never forget; you save, redeem and heal yourself. You always have. You always will. You were created with the power to do so from before the beginning of the world.” In that instant I realized even more. I realized that WE HAVE ALREADY BEEN SAVED, and we saved ourselves because we were designed to self- correct like the rest of God’s Universe. This is what the second coming is about. I thanked the Light of God with all my heart. The best thing I could come up with was these simple words of total appreciation: “Oh dear God, dear Universe, dear Great Self, I Love My Life.” The Light seemed to breathe me in even more deeply. It was as if the Light was completely absorbing me. The Love Light is, to this day, indescribable. I entered into another realm, more profound than the last and became aware of something more, much more. It was an enormous stream of Light, vast and full, deep in the Heart of Life. I asked what this was. The Light responded, “This is the RIVER OF LIFE. Drink of this manna water to your heart’s content.” So I did. I took one big drink and then another. To drink of Life Itself! I was in ecstasy. Then the Light said, “You have a desire.” The Light knew all about me, everything past, present and future. “Yes!” I whispered. I asked to see the rest of the Universe, beyond our solar system, beyond all human illusion. The Light then told me that I could go with the Stream. I did, and was carried through the Light at the end of the tunnel. I felt and heard a series of very soft sonic booms. What a rush! Suddenly I seemed to be rocketing away from the planet on this stream of Life. I saw the Earth fly away. The solar system, in all its splendor, whizzed by and disappeared. At faster than light speed, I flew through the center of the Galaxy, absorbing more knowledge as I went. I learned that this Galaxy, and all of the Universe, is bursting with many different varieties of LIFE. I saw many worlds. The good news is that we are not alone in this Universe! As I rode this stream of consciousness through the center of the Galaxy, the stream was expanding in awesome fractal waves of energy. The super clusters of Galaxies with all their ancient wisdom flew by. At first I thought I was going somewhere, actually traveling. But then I realized that as the stream was expanding, my own consciousness was also expanding to take in everything in the Universe! All creation passed by me. It was an unimaginable wonder! I truly was a Wonder Child; a babe in Wonderland! At this point, I found myself in a profound stillness, beyond all silence. I could see or perceive FOREVER, beyond Infinity. I was in the Void. I was in pre-creation, before the Big Bang. I had crossed over the beginning of time/the First Word/the First Vibration. I was in the Eye of Creation. I felt as if I was touching the Face of God. It was not a religious feeling. Simply, I was at one with Absolute Life and Consciousness. When I say that I could see or perceive forever, I mean that I could experience all of creation generating itself. It was without beginning and without end. That is a mind expanding thought, isn’t it? Scientists perceive the Big Bang as a single event which created the Universe. I saw during my life-after- death experience that the Big Bang is only one of an infinite number of Big Bangs creating Universes endlessly and simultaneously. The only images that even come close in human terms would be those created by super computers using fractal geometry equations. The ancients knew of this. They said God had periodically created new Universes by breathing out and recreated other Universes by breathing in. These epochs were called Yugas. Modern science called this the Big Bang. I was in absolute, pure consciousness. I could see or perceive all the Big Bangs or Yugas creating and recreating themselves. Instantly I entered into them all simultaneously. I saw that each and every little piece of creation has the power to create. It is very difficult to try to explain this. I am still speechless about this. It took me years after I returned from my near-death experience to assimilate any words at all for the Void experience. I can tell you this now: the Void is less than nothing, yet more than everything that is! The Void is absolute zero, chaos forming all possibilities. It is Absolute Consciousness, much more than even Universal Intelligence. The Void is the vacuum or nothingness between all physical manifestations. It is the SPACE between atoms and their components. Modern science has begun to study this space between everything. They call it Zero point. Whenever they try to measure it, their instruments go off the scale, or to infinity, so to speak. They have no way, as of yet, to measure infinity accurately. There is more of the zero space in your own body and the Universe than anything else! What mystics call the Void is not a void. It is so full of energy, a different kind of energy that has created everything that we are. Everything since the Big Bang is vibration, from the first Word, which is the first vibration. The biblical “I AM” really has a question mark after it. “I AM—What am I?” So creation is God exploring God’s Self through every way imaginable, in an on-going, infinite exploration through every one of us. I began to see during my near-death experience that everything that is, is the Self, literally your Self, my Self. Everything is the great Self. That is why God knows even when a leaf falls. That is possible because wherever you are is the center of the Universe. Wherever any atom is, that is the center of the Universe. There is God in that, and God in the Void. As I was exploring the Void during my life-after- death experience and all the Yugas or creations, I was completely out of time and space as we know it. In this expanded state, I discovered that creation is about Absolute Pure Consciousness, or God, coming into the Experience of Life as we know it. The Void itself is devoid of experience. It is pre life, before the first vibration. Godhead is about more than Life and Death. Therefore there is even more than Life and Death to experience in the Universe! When I realized this, I was finished with the Void and wanted to return to this creation, or Yuga. It just seemed like the natural thing to do. Then I suddenly came back through the second Light, or the Big Bang, hearing several more velvet booms. I rode the stream of consciousness back through all of creation, and what a ride it was! The super clusters of Galaxies came through me with even more insights. I passed through the center of our Galaxy, which is a black hole. Black holes are the great processors or recyclers of the Universe. Do you know what is on the other side of a black hole? We are; our Galaxy, which has been reprocessed from another Universe. In its total energy configuration, the Galaxy looked like a fantastic city of lights.. All energy this side of the Big Bang is Light. Every sub atom, atom, star, planet, even consciousness itself is made of Light and has a frequency and/or particle. Light is living stuff. Everything is made of Light, even stones. So everything is alive. Everything is made from the Light of God; everything is very intelligent. As I rode the stream on and on, I could eventually see a huge Light coming. I knew it was the First Light; the Higher Self Light Matrix of our Solar System. Then the entire Solar System appeared in the Light, accompanied by one of those velvet booms. I could see all the energy that this Solar System generates, and it is an incredible Light show! I could hear the Music of the Spheres. Our Solar System, as do all celestial bodies, generates a unique matrix of light, sound and vibratory energies. Advanced civilizations from other star systems can spot Life as we know it in the Universe by the vibratory or energy matrix imprint. It is child’s play. The Earth’s wonder child (Human Beings) make an abundance of sound right now, like children playing in the backyard of the Universe. The Light explained to me that there is no death; we are immortal Beings. We have already been alive forever! I realized that we are part of a natural living system that recycles itself endlessly. I was never told that I had to come back. I just knew that I would. It was only natural, from what I had seen during my life-after-death experience. I don't know how long I was with the Light, in human time. But there came a moment when I realized that all my questions had been answered and my return was near. When I say that all my questions were answered on the other side, I mean to say just that. All my questions have been answered. Every human has a different life and set of questions to explore. Some of our questions are universal, but each of us is exploring this thing we call Life in our own unique way. So is every other form of life, from mountains to every leaf on every tree. That is very important to the rest of us in this Universe. Because it all contributes to the Big Picture, the fullness of Life. We are literally God exploring God’s Self in an infinite Dance of Life. Your uniqueness enhances all of Life. As I began my return to the life cycle, it never crossed my mind, nor was I told, that I would return to the same body. It just did not matter. I had complete trust in the Light and the Life process. As the stream merged with the great Light, I asked never to forget the revelations and the feelings of what I had learned on the other side. There was a “Yes.” It felt like a kiss to my soul.Then I was taken back through the Light into the vibratory realm again. The whole process reversed, with even more information being given to me. I came back home, and I was given lessons from my near-death experience on the mechanics of reincarnation. I was given answers to all those little questions I had: “How does this work? How does that work?” I knew that I would be reincarnated. The Earth is a great processor of energy, and individual consciousness evolves out of that into each one of us. I thought of myself as a human for the first time, and I was happy to be that. From what I have seen, I would be happy to be an atom in this Universe. An atom. So to be the human part of God—this is the most fantastic blessing. It is a blessing beyond our wildest estimation of what a blessing can be. For each and every one of us to be the human part of this experience is awesome and magnificent. Each and every one of us, no matter where we are, screwed up or not, is a blessing to the planet, right where we are. I went through the reincarnation process expecting to be a baby somewhere. But I was given a lesson on how individual identity and consciousness evolve. I was so surprised when I opened my eyes. I do not know why, because I understood it, but it was still such a surprise to be back in this body, back in my room with someone looking over me, crying her eyes out. It was my hospice caretaker. She had given up an hour and a half after finding me dead. My body was stiff and inflexible. She went into the other room. Then I awakened and saw the light outside. I tried to get up to go to it, but I fell out of the bed. She heard a loud “clunk,” ran in and found me on the floor. When I recovered, I was very surprised and yet very awed about what had happened to me during my near-death experience. At first all the memory of the trip that I have now was not there. I kept slipping out of this world and kept asking, “Am I alive?” This world seemed more like a dream than that one. Within three days I was feeling normal again, clearer, yet different than I had ever felt in my life. My memory of my near-death experience came back later. I could see nothing wrong with any human Being I had ever seen. Before that I was really judgmental. I thought a lot of people were really screwed up. In fact, I thought that everybody was screwed up but me. But I got clear on all that. About three months later a friend said I should get tested, so I went and got the scans and so forth. I really felt good, so I was afraid of getting bad news. I remember the doctor at the clinic looking at the before and after scans, saying, “Well, there is nothing here now.” I said, “Really, it must be a miracle”’ He said “No, these things happen; they are called spontaneous remissions.” He acted very unimpressed. But here was a miracle, and I was impressed, even if no one else was. During my near-death experience I had a descent into what you might call Hell, and it was very surprising. I did not see Satan or evil. My descent into Hell was a descent into each person’s customized human misery, ignorance, and darkness of not knowing. It seemed like a miserable eternity. But each of the millions of souls around me had a little star of Light always available. But no one seemed to pay attention to it. They were so consumed with their own grief, trauma and misery. But, after what seemed an eternity, I started calling out to that Light, like a child calling to a parent for help. Then the Light opened up and formed a tunnel that came right to me and insulated me from all that fear and pain, That is what Hell really is. So what we are doing is learning to hold hands, to come together. The doors of Hell are open now. We are going to link up, hold hands and walk out of Hell together. The Light came to me and turned into a huge golden Angel. I said, “Are you the Angel of Death?” It expressed to me that it was my oversoul, my Higher Self matrix, a super ancient part of ourselves. Then I was taken to the Light. Soon our science will quantify spirit. Isn't that going to be wonderful? We are coming up with devices now that are sensitive to subtle energy or spirit energy. Physicists use these atomic colliders to smash atoms to see what they are made of. They have got it down to quarks and charm, and all that. Well, one day they are going to come down to the little thing that holds it all together, and they are going to have to call it...God. We are just beginning to understand that we are creating too, as we go along. As I saw forever, I came to a realm during my near-death experience in which there is a point where we pass all knowledge and begin creating the next fractal, the next level. We have that power to create as we explore. And that is God expanding itself through us. Since my return I have experienced the Light spontaneously, and I have learned how to get to that space almost any time in my meditation. Each one of you can do this. You do not have to die or have a near-death experience to do this. It is within your equipment; you are wired for it already. The body is the most magnificent Light Being there is. The body is a Universe of incredible Light. Spirit is not pushing us to dissolve this body. That is not what is happening. Stop trying to become God; God is becoming you. Here. I asked God: “What is the best religion on the planet? Which one is right?” And Godhead said, with great love: “I don't care.” That was incredible grace. When Godhead said, “I don't care,” I immediately understood that it is for us to care about. It is important, because we are the caring Beings. It matters to us and that is where it is important. What you have is the energy equation in spirituality. Ultimate Godhead does not care if you are Protestant, Buddhist or whatever. It is all a blooming facet of the whole. I wish that all religions would realize it and let each other be. It is not the end of each religion, but we are talking about the same God. Live and let live. Each has a different view. And it all adds up to the big picture; it is all important. I went over to the other side during my near-death experience with a lot of fears about toxic waste, nuclear missiles, the population explosion, the rainforest. I came back loving every single problem. I love nuclear waste. I love the mushroom cloud; this is the holiest mandala that we have manifested to date, as an archetype. It, more than any religion or philosophy on Earth, brought us together all of a sudden, to a new level of consciousness. Knowing that maybe we can blow up the planet fifty times, or 500 times, we finally realize that maybe we are all here together, now. For a period they had to keep setting off more bombs to get it in to us. Then we started saying, “we do not need this any more.” Now we are actually in a safer world than we have ever been in, and it is going to get safer. So I came back from my near-death experience loving toxic waste because it brought us together. These things are so big. As Peter Russell might say, these problems are now “soul size.” Do we have soul size answers” YES! The clearing of the rain forest will slow down, and in fifty years there will be more trees on the planet than in a long time. If you are into ecology, go for it; you are that part of the system that is becoming aware. Go for it with all your might, but do not be depressed. It is part of a larger thing. Earth is in the process of domesticating itself. It is never again going to be as wild a place as it once was. There will be great wild places, reserves where nature thrives. Gardening and reserves will be the thing in the future. Population increase is getting very close to the optimal range of energy to cause a shift in consciousness. That shift in consciousness will change politics, money, energy. After dying, going through my near-death experience and coming back, I really respect life and death. In our DNA experiments we may have opened the door to a great secret. Soon we will be able to live as long as we want to live in this body. After living 150 years or so, there will be an intuitive soul sense that you will want to change channels. Living forever in one body is not as creative as reincarnation, as transferring energy in this fantastic vortex of energy that we are in. We are actually going to see the wisdom of Life and death, and enjoy it. As it is now, we have already been alive forever. This body, that you are in, has been alive forever. It comes from an unending Stream of Life, going back to the Big Bang and beyond. This body gives life to the next life, in dense and subtle energy. This body has been alive forever already.
